What are the types of lashes that are being sold?

We sell mink and faux mink lashes ranging from 15-25mm. Please note, ALL of our lashes are cruelty free. As we begin to expand, so will the lashes we sell. Shortly enough we will sell even more styles and beauty products. Stay tuned!

What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL. No exceptions due to sanitary purposes. If there is an error on our behalf, please reach out to us at lovellbeautyco@gmail.com 

Why aren't my lashes identical?

Our lashes are handmade which means there will be a slight variance in each pair.

How long is your processing time?

Our processing time 1-10 business days. 

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday through USPS First Class Mail unless specified at checkout. Holidays are excluded.

My tracking number says my package is delivered but it is nowhere to be found.

Sometimes the delivery person will mark a package as delivered by accident. Typically the package will show up the very next day. It is a good idea to wait 24-48 hours after and also check with neighbors. Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that have been lost in transit,stolen or damaged from the address that has been provided. My body butter was delivered melted

We do everything in our power to make sure this doesn’t happen but unfortunately we are not responsible for melted body butters and will not refund because of that. You can put your body butter in the refrigerator even after it is melted and it will harden. It will not be fluffy like before it will still give you the same benefits 

What if I want to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you place an order, we start preparing your order expeditiously. If you have any other questions/concerns, please email us right away and we can see how to accommodate you.

What if I want to add to my order after I already placed one?

If you have not received an email saying your order has shipped, we may be able to add to your order. Please email ASAP to make sure we haven't packaged your order already.
